There are no refunds, I create quilts based on your requirements and there is considerable time and money in the creation of a custom quilt, I am careful with the designing phase to make sure that you have the quilt you wished for.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
No international shipping, I will ship to P.O. Boxes only if a signature receipt can be received.
Can I use fabric that I’ve purchased?
Yes, you can send in fabrics that you have purchased.
How do you choose the pattern, can I send in my own?
You can choose the pattern that you’d like to see, there may be an adjustment in the pricing depending upon the difficulty of the pattern.
